Louis holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours Degree in Industrial Engineering from National University of Science and Technology - Zimbabwe, completed in 1998. He started his valuation career in 1999 with CB Richard Ellis, Zimbabwe, as a Plant and Machinery Valuer. At the end of 2002, he moved to New Zealand and worked for Unibag Packaging Limited and Dynathene Plastics before moving back to valuations with Valuations and Management Services in 2004 and Barker & Morse Limited in 2006. In 2007, Louis completed an MBA from Massey University. He is a full professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a fully REGISTERED member of Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ).
